'CabinOrchidWay started with one vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our pizza parlor began as a quaint, family-owned shop, using recipes passed down through generations.
Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered pizza craft on her journeys across Italy, observing renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the home of pizza. After returning to the UK, her goal was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to age-old methods and securing the best ingredients.
From an initial small 12-seat eatery, we have transformed into a cherished community staple, yet our promise to excellence and genuineness has remained steadfast. We continue to bake using wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and select top-tier ingredients.
Even today, 'CabinOrchidWay is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, now under the guidance of the second generation. Although we have adopted new techniques, the core of our mission endures: crafting delectable, genuine pizza that unites everyone.
